French Law in London
In response to client demand, Triplet & Associs, a French Law practice with offices in Lille and Paris as well as a representational office in London, now offers two new mini-services to private clients wishing to buy, or who already own, property in France.
Compromis Review
Triplet & Associs will review the preliminary contract that you are being asked to sign (usually a compromis, but perhaps a promesse) and will provide you with a written report on this document in English; pointing out succinctly a number of possible issues that you may encounter if you go ahead and sign it. This service is offered at a fixed fee of 350*.
Ownership and Inheritance Review
Triplet & Associs, based upon information relating to your family circumstances and your stated inheritance objectives (as provided by you in a Confidential Questionnaire) will prepare a written report in English. This report will set out succinctly, from a French Estate Planning and French Inheritance Tax perspective, a number of possible ways, appropriate to your circumstances and wishes, of holding your property in France e.g. in joint names, a sole name, via a company etc. This service is offered at a fixed fee of 400*.
Combined Mini Services
The above mini-services may be taken up individually or together - if taken together, the combined fee is 695*.
